3/31/2020 - LARGE PRINT "OUR DAILY BREAD": It has been brought to our attention that the January to March large print version of "Our Daily Bread" runs out today. For those and only those who call ECOG their home church who need large print access for "Our Daily Bread" beginning tomorrow, there are some options. First, you can go online and read it - the website and the app allow the type to be enlarged. Second, if you need a printed copy, please call the church office or our Lead Pastor, George Jensen (717-580-7390) and he will put you on the list to get a copy. For those living in close proximity to the church, we will make no-contact deliveries by dropping off copies in plastic bags. For those in outlying areas, we will put copies in the mail. This will be done on a first-come first-serve basis until they run out. We will not be delivering or mailing copies of the regular print "Our Daily Bread" or the regular or large print copies of "The Upper Room" since current copies of these all extend at least into the month of April.

Opportunities to Serve or Be Served: Our Lead Pastor is serving as the point of contact regarding opportunities to serve or be served during the COVID-19 crisis. If you are in need of assistance, call him directly. His cell phone number is available on the church answering service. If you are willing to serve those who are in need during this crisis, please contact the Lead Pastor. Click here for more information on ways available for you to serve or be served.
May the Lord bless each and every one of you with good health and opportunities to share Jesus with others during these uncertain and unprecedented times.
SPECIAL NOTICE - 3/26/2020: - As many of you know, the medical community is in need of face masks. ECOG's very own Diana Bridges is working in connection with a local group here in our area to make face masks. If any of you have been blessed by God with the ability to sew, making face masks is a great way to serve that you may want to consider. According to Diana, she works at home alone with her sewing machine (not with a group - that's not advisable at this point). The masks she makes consist of material, an elastic band and a piece of a furnace filter. All masks are then bagged in Ziploc bags and transported to local drop off points. If God has blessed you with the talent of sewing and you would like to serve in this manner, please contact Diana. If you need her phone number, look in the church directory or contact Pastor Jensen (for her privacy, we will not give out her number in public). Please direct all questions to her - the staff and leadership are not knowledgeable enough in this area to answer your questions but Diana definitely is. Thank you and many blessings to all who are serving people and our Lord in creative ways like this!
