New Worship Service Schedule Changes
January 2021 Update
Dear Church Family,
We want to take this opportunity to let you know about the changes taking place at ECOG in February, 2021. These were approved by the Administrative Board at its January 12, 2021 meeting. Here is what you need to know:

Sunday Morning Service Schedule Changes
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 7, In-Person Worship Services and Sunday School Classes Occur at the Following Times:
Early Worship – 8:00 AM
In-Person Sunday School – 9:15 AM
Late Worship – 10:30 AM
Reason for these schedule changes:
Additional Sunday School classes resume meeting in-person beginning February 7. In order to free up more areas in the building to accommodate in-person Sunday School classes, a 15-minute time buffer precedes and follows the Sunday School hour (8:00, 9:15 & 10:30 AM). This gives the Navigators the ability to assign classes to additional areas (as needed) such as the Sanctuary, Living Room and Lobby areas.
The Navigators monitor the attendance at each in-person class and will move classes, if necessary, to new areas to create ample physical distancing depending on the number of participants.
Kids’ Worship & Nursery Update
A combined Kids’ Worship meets in Room #4 during the 10:30 AM Worship Service. The Nursery is also staffed during the 10:30 AM Worship Service.
Sunday School Class Changes
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 7, the following Sunday School classes meet as indicated at 9:15 AM
Willing Ambassadors – Fellowship Hall and on Zoom
Godly Relationships – Chapel and on Zoom
Parenting Class – Room #2 only
Post-High Young Adults – Lead Pastor’s Office and on Zoom
Youth – Youth Room only
Combined Children’s (Preschool & Elementary) – Room #4 only
Nursery – The Nursery only
Virtual Sunday School class – 9:00 AM starting time
Seekers in Christ – On Zoom only

Online Worship Service Update
We continue to offer an online Worship Service on Sonshine TV (ECOG’s YouTube Channel) every Sunday beginning at 10:30 AM. This service is a recording of the 8:00 AM Sanctuary Service. It is typically available by 10:30 AM and remains available for viewing throughout the rest of the day.
Ministry and Prayer Meeting Updates
Wednesday Evenings for Adults and 412 Youth Continue to meet at 7:00 PM
Youth meet in the Fellowship Hall.
Adult Bible Study meets in Room #4; these sessions are broadcast live on Facebook Live and made available the following day on Sonshine TV (our YouTube Channel).
Kids’ Klub on Wednesday evenings remains on hiatus.
Sunday Evening Prayer Services Continue Sunday Evening at 7:00 PM
Prayer Services are held in the Sanctuary allowing for physical distancing.
Ministry and Service Teams May Continue to Meet in the Building.
